As a coach in the CAPSULE program, I supported 100 female entrepreneurs from three countries (Hungary, Croatia, Romania), helping them unlock their potential and overcome barriers like limiting beliefs and fear of failure. CAPSULE is a holistic capacity-building initiative focused on empowering young women across the EU to become change agents. Through this program, participants were equipped with the confidence and skills necessary to drive meaningful change in their communities and beyond.
